Egnyte is seeking a talented and experienced video operations manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role is crucial for maintaining our momentum and executing our video strategy effectively. This role will report into our content team.
You will be responsible for a wide range of video needs, from conceptualization to final delivery. This includes building our digital portfolio, establishing and upholding our video brand standards, and producing content that spans various projects and mediums. In addition to working with our diverse internal team, you will also manage the production workflow with external freelancers and partners, ensuring all outsourced work meets our high-quality and brand standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Gather project requirements and ideas from internal stakeholders and translate them into video assets. To do this, the person in this role must be comfortable asking questions to gain further clarity from requestors.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and product managers to create 2D animations and illustrations for video content.
- Work with Customer Marketing to help shape customer stories.
- Work with the Creative team to design creative video standards for Egnyte.
- Create content for the purpose of raising awareness of the brand, driving revenue for consumer goods.
- Develop compelling content that gets people to click and engage with our product.
- Create edited content that can be used by the wider Marketing team in partnership with the Creative team (webinars, social, virtual and live events, web and more).
- Animate basic design elements for use by non-video designers
- Develop clear and concise storyboards based for video requests.
- Manage third-party agencies and freelancers to produce brand, campaign, and other requested video assets.
- Follow existing design styles and processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 or more years’ experience in video, design and creative collateral.
- Eagerness to contribute to and help shape the company's video strategy, identifying and implementing new ideas and processes to streamline production. (Video strategy experience is a plus.
- Ambition to build our video strategy and come up with new ideas and processes to streamline workflows.
- Desire to work with diverse teams and individuals, leaning into teamwork while being independently motivated.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro.
- Proficient knowledge of animation and design principles such as After Effects, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to receive and execute on creative feedback.
- Video Portfolio or examples a requirement to apply
- Demonstrated ability to work and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments while managing workload and priorities.
- Candidates must demonstrate a passion for incorporating AI into video workflows; prior experience with AI is a plus.
- Experience with project management software; prior experience with Asana is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail.

COMPENSATION:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $90K- $130K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
